1. How do I know which service is right for me?
We understand that choosing the right type of care can feel overwhelming. Our team is happy to help guide you based on your concerns and goals, and if needed, we can recommend the practitioner or service that will best support you.
2. What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit will include time to discuss your concerns, health history, and goals for care. Your practitioner will then provide treatment tailored to your needs and answer any questions you may have along the way.
3. What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Depending on the treatment, your practitioner will guide you on what is appropriate and ensure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your visit.
4. Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is required to book an appointment. You are welcome to book directly with any of our practitioners.
5. Are your services covered by insurance?
Many of our services may be covered under extended health benefits. While we do not offer direct billing, we provide detailed receipts that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend checking your individual coverage in advance.
6. How often will I need treatment?
This depends on your individual needs, goals, and the type of care you are receiving. Your practitioner will work with you to create a plan that supports both short-term relief and long-term wellness.
7. What is your cancellation and late policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible—we will always do our best to accommodate you while respecting the time of our practitioners and other clients.
