Osteopathy
Osteopathic treatment uses a gentle “hands-on” approach to identify areas of the body that are restricted and to gently release these areas to restore normal function. Cranial Osteopathy is a type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy involves a wide range of manual techniques which can be used to target specific tissues in your body. These Swedish techniques applied to the soft tissue and joints help to increase the healing process by reducing inflammation and tension found in muscles, tendons, fascia, joints, and other surrounding tissues. Their focus is to aid in recovery and help to relieve pain associated with injuries, which helps to speed the healing process and help to prevent injuries from recurring.

Reflexology
Reflexology is the study of reflexes. Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods derived from this study based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology therapy can: relieve tension, improve circulation and support the body’s efforts to function optimally.

Book NowPhysiotherapy
Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury or managing a long-standing issue, we’re here to support you! Physiotherapists can assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions and injuries related to your musculoskeletal and neurological systems. Physiotherapists believe in movement, and that treatment is “active” - meaning the patient (yourself!) plays a key role in recovery. Physiotherapists will use any combination of hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, education (so you understand your conditions and symptoms, and how to help yourself), exercise and other pain management to help you achieve your goals. Treatment usually begins within the initial assessment, followed by some form of home exercise program to help you reach your goals faster.

Book NowCounselling
Child and family counseling provides a supportive and compassionate space where children, parents, and families can explore challenges and strengthen relationships. Our therapists work collaboratively with families to better understand emotions, behaviors, and communication patterns, helping each family member feel heard and supported.
Through age-appropriate approaches and guided conversations, therapy can help children and families navigate concerns such as emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, anxiety, family transitions, and relationship difficulties. By building healthy communication and coping skills, child and family counseling supports stronger connections and overall family wellbeing.
Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where families can work together toward understanding, resilience, and lasting positive change.

Book NowThe Perrin Technique
The Perrin Technique™ is based on Dr. Perrin’s theory that different stress factors whether physical, allergies, emotional or infections lead to an overstrain of the sympathetic nervous system. Further investigation has led to a probable cause of this nervous system overload being a build-up of toxins in the fluid around the brain and the spinal cord. Some of the poisons caused by infection or inflammation in the head or spine flow through channels from the brain into the lymph ducts of the head face and neck. The toxins are also meant to drain down the spinal cord and out into the lymph ducts lying along the spine. In a ME/CFS sufferer, there is a backflow of these normal drainage points which leads to further toxicity and dysfunction of the central nervous system. This leads to all the many symptoms we see in ME/CFS.

Book NowAO Scan Technology
AO Scan is an elegant yet simple technology that communicates with the body via subtle bio-frequencies and electromagnetic signals that guide you toward homeostasis – the natural state of balance. AO Scan technology comes from Russia, Germany, Spain, Asia, and the USA. Most, if not all of the technology, is based on the works of Nikola Tesla, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, and others who theorize that everything physical at its most fundamental level is actually light, energy, and frequency.
